General Contractor for $6,000,000 exterior and interior art exhibition project – including art studios, restaurant and office and maintenance facility. The restaurant “Rat’s” is world famous and Zagat rated. Entire project owned by Seward Johnson Jr. Many parts of the restaurant and surrounding grounds were designed to be three dimensional real-life renditions of famous paintings, while others refer to scenes from famous children’s stories.
