Roger M. Steinhardt is currently the Broker of Record of the King Realty Group,
a boutique real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, leasing and
development.
Prior to joining King Realty Group, Mr. Steinhardt was Director of Leasing and
Marketing for The Kushner Companies, a diversified real estate organization
with office, industrial and retail properties. He was responsible for leasing and
marketing of over 3,500,000 million square feet.
For the twenty prior years, he was Director of Marketing for The Landis Group.
The Landis Group is a New Jersey-based real estate development organization
with such major projects as the award-winning Carnegie Center complex in
Princeton, New Jersey, and Tower Center in East Brunswick, New Jersey.
Mr. Steinhardt has over three decades of experience in real estate. He joined
Alan B. Landis at the inception of the Carnegie Center project in 1981 and he was
responsible for the leasing of over 2.5 million square feet for The Landis Group.
In addition, he has taught the real estate course on Leasing and Marketing for
Property Managers through the Building Owners and Managers Association
(BOMA). He is past president of the New Jersey Chapter of the National
Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and has also served as the
Association’s Vice President. The Governor of the State of New Jersey appointed
Mr. Steinhardt as Chairman of the Access Code Advisory Committee for the New
Jersey Department of Transportation where he served a two-year term beginning
in 1990.
After graduating from the University of Rhode Island with a B.S. in Marketing
and Advertising, Mr. Steinhardt served as Captain in the U. S. Army.
